About
Rebecca Long Okura has been studying Zen since 2004 in the White Plum lineage.
She is a dharma successor under Daniel Doen Silberberg Roshi, the founder of Lost Coin Zen. Rebecca received transmission in that lineage in 2020 and became a Zen teacher, a Sensei.
In addition to being a Sensei and Zen-Based Life Coach, she also manifests as a mother, a law firm owner, a student of Mandarin and classical Chinese, an antiquarian book collector, and a Nagual.
Rebecca currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Working with Rebecca Long Okura as my Zen-based business coach for the past two years has been transformative.
Her unique blend of mindfulness practices and strategic business guidance helped me navigate challenges with clarity and calm, turning my chaotic startup into a thriving, balanced enterprise.
Rebecca’s intuitive approach taught me to align my goals with inner peace, leading to smarter decisions, reduced burnout, and sustainable growth. I highly recommend her to any entrepreneur seeking holistic success— she’s not just a coach; she’s a catalyst for profound change.
